Here you’ll find news about key Royal Historical Society activities. Our BlueSky social media channel @royalhistsoc.org provides regular updates on RHS activity, as well as those of fellow organisations in history and humanities, in the UK and worldwide. Our BlueSky ‘starter packs’ also provide details of 200+ societies and organisations and UK institutes and research centres for historians with BlueSky channels.
The Society’s blog, Historical Transactions, provides content on innovative research and practice, as well as developments relating to the historical discipline and profession. Fellows and Members also receive a weekly RHS News Circular (here to a February 2025 issue), providing updates on RHS activities and events undertaken by historians across the UK.
