The Historic Society of Lancashire & Cheshire, currently celebrating its 175th anniversary, awards annual grants (towards the cost of publication and/or mounting exhibitions and conferences) and prizes for high-quality Master’s and undergraduate dissertations dealing with the two NW counties.
Heads of Department and others are encouraged to draw all this to the attention of potentially interested members of staff and students advising them to view the Society’s website for more information about submission procedures and deadlines.
