Research Open Day at The London Archives - CONFERENCE

The Research Open Day aims to provide an opportunity for students and Early Career Researchers to visit The London Archives, speak to staff, and learn more about our collections and how we can support your research.

Whether you have never visited an archive before and need help getting started, have a research conundrum you need help with, or are just interested in hearing about what The London Archives has to offer, our Research Open Day welcomes all students and Early Career Researchers.

The day will include a tour behind the scenes of the archives, and a viewing of some of our records (The London Archives hold over 60 miles of documents).

Not a student or Early Career Researcher? We offer many other workshops and events aimed at getting started in the archives and helping with your research. You can see these other events on our Eventbrite – look out for ‘Getting Started in the Archives’, ‘Focus on Family History’, and ‘Behind the Scenes at the Archives’ to name but a few!
