Our first ever online edition will feature a panel of PhDs followed by a keynote from Professor Margaretta Jolly (University of Sussex and Connected Histories of the BBC project) all on the topic of oral history preparation, collection, use and archiving.

20 September 2024 (In Person)

Our final in-person event of the 2023/4 academic year will focus on post-interview data analysis, transcription and storage. We will hear from experts Chris Hill (University of South Wales and An Oral History of British Nuclear Test Veterans project), Evelyn Curl (Archaeology Data Service speaking on ‘A Digital Archive perspective on Oral History data’) and Dr Verusca Calabria (Nottingham Trent University, Trustee of the Oral History Society and Co-Convenor of NTU’s oral history network seminar series).
