Seminar Series starting on 27 September 2023
We are pleased to announce that the Material and Visual Culture Seminar Series (MVCS) will be continuing for a fifth year. We therefore invite proposals for twenty-minute papers from PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and cultural heritage professionals addressing any aspect of material and visual culture studies. The seminars aim to explore a wide variety of themes and localities within the long seventeenth and eighteenth centuries (broadly defined) to foster methodological and interdisciplinary dialogue.
The seminars are scheduled for Wednesday evenings online, at 5 pm BST/GMT fortnightly throughout semester one 23/24.
