The Late Medieval & Early Reformation Church

Booking is now open for ‘The Late Medieval & Early Reformation Church’, a symposium marking the retirement of Professor Robert Swanson after a career spanning almost forty years at the University of Birmingham.

This one-day event will take place at the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford-upon-Avon on Friday 30 June 2017. Registration costs £10 for waged/staff delegates, and £5 for students/unwaged. Registration covers attendance and includes refreshments throughout the day, lunch, and a wine reception.

A programme (including full timings and paper titles) will be uploaded to the website soon. Registration will take place from 10:00, with the conference beginning at 10:30 and ending at 18:00.

The event is being organised jointly by Birmingham’s Centre for Reformation and Early Modern Studies (CREMS), Centre for the Study of the Middle Ages (CeSMA), and Research Institute for History and Cultures (BRIHC).
