The International Medieval Congress (IMC) is the largest annual forum worldwide for sharing ideas in medieval studies. Taking place from Monday 07 July to Thursday 10 July 2025, the IMC 2025 programme includes over 2,408 actively involved participants from 60 different countries in 2,114 papers in 722 sessions and round table discussions. Once again, all academic sessions will be accessible both for virtual and in-person attendees and speakers. The special thematic focus for IMC 2025 will be ‘Worlds of Learning’ with about half the overall session devoted to this subject area. In addition to the academic programme there will be a wide-ranging number of public concerts, performances, excursions, bookfairs and much more.
The programme for the IMC 2025 will be available from 20 January 2025, and registrations open on 11 February 2025. All details can be found at imc.leeds.ac.uk
