Professor Laura Miller (University of West Georgia) will give a keynote talk on ‘Reading Popular Science in Early American Libraries’, with a comment from ECW’s Dr Greg Lynall (University of Liverpool). Followed by an informal panel on library history, library marginalia and the history of reading.

Participants will include Katie Halsey (University of Stirling), Matt Sangster (University of Glasgow) and Mark Towsey (University of Liverpool).
