Dr Rob Lutton, ‘Wycliffe, Lollardy and Leicester: Origins, Significance, and Legacy’ - LECTURE

 

A public lecture is being held by the History department at De Montfort University, in partnership with the Historical Association (Leicester Branch) and the Leicestershire Historic Churches Trust.

Dr Rob Lutton, of the University of Nottingham, will explore and re-evaluate the ideas of John Wycliffe and Lollardy, and re-examine the history of the ‘Leicester Lollards’ and others of surrounding counties.

This lecture will take place in-person at De Montfort University on 14 May 2024, 6 pm. No booking required.
