Organised jointly by the Oxford Centre for Methodism and Church History (Oxford Brookes University); The Roderic Bowen Library and Archive (University of Wales Trinity St. David); and the Centre for the History of People, Place and Community (Institute of Historical Research), the Welsh Ecclesiastical History seminar series returns for its second year.

This year, participants can join in-person (in Lampeter) or online, with the series starting with Professor William Gibson’s ‘Bishop William Lloyd: A Welsh Plotter in the Glorious Revolution of 1688’ / ‘Yr Esgob William Lloyd: Cynllwyniwr Cymreig yn Chwyldro Gogoneddus 1688’.

Future seminars will be delivered by Professor Frances Knight (20 February) and Professor Barry Lewis (14 May). Booking information for all seminars can be found at ocmch.wordpress.com/events.
