Is everything you knew about the City of London wrong? Tracey Hill, Professor of Early Modern Literature and Culture at Bath Spa University, delivers a public lecture exploring her research into the City of London during the early modern period.
Was the City really the domain of anti-theatrical puritans, or a dynamic and diverse performance space?
The event starts at 18.30 at Bath Spa University Newton Park campus, and is free to attend.
A 45min lecture will be followed by a Q&A session with accompanying drinks and nibbles.
