How Many People Heard and Spoke Italian in the Renaissance?

We are delighted to announce the first University College London IMARS Seminar of 2015-16. The opening seminar will be held on Monday, 23rd November 2015 with Professor Brian Richardson (Leeds) speaking. His paper is entitled:

 ‘How Many People Heard and Spoke Italian in the Renaissance?’

 As usual the seminar begins at 6:15pm in room G.09/10 of the UCL History Department and is followed by a wine reception.
