Elizabethan Interiors Seminar Day, Montacute House November 2014

A one day seminar entitled Elizabethan Interiors: Preparing, planning and presentation, will be held in the Great Hall at Montacute House, in Somerset on Tuesday 25 November 2014.

Montacute House is about to begin a programme of work which will involve the repair and consolidation of the buildings fabric, re presentation of interiors and new interpretation. The seminar day will include presentations and discussions related to research, care and presentation of historic interiors 16th-17th centuries, and will provide a forum to share and discuss. The key note presentation will be given by Lisa White FSA, Chairman of the Arts Advisory Panel for the National Trust and the host for the day will be David Adshead, Head Curator and Architectural Historian, National Trust.

The seminar fee, including all refreshments, is £45 per person.
