Cultural Worlds at the Jaipur Court

On 8 October 2022, the Royal Asiatic Society will be hosting a study day on the topic of ‘Cultural Worlds at the Jaipur Court’ featuring presentations from leading academics in the field. The Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum housed at the City Palace of Jaipur is among the premier palace museums of India. Its collections represent three centuries of collecting and commissioning by Jaipur’s cosmopolitan rulers, and connect Jaipur, Asia, and the world. The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion and book launch.

Please note this is a ticketed event. Deadline for registration is 20th September.
