The workshop is a forum to discuss research on all areas of history since 1945. It is open to all graduate students working across the field of contemporary history, regardless of geographical specialisation. It also welcomes papers that discuss the broader thematic, methodological and historiographical issues relevant to the period and which address the challenges that face historians writing about the recent past.
