The 28th Annual Conference of the British International History Group will be held at the University of Edinburgh from 8 – 10 September 2016. The full programme – and a link to the online shop for registration – is now available for download at the Group’s website http://www.bihg.ac.uk/.
Highlights of the programme include a keynote lecture from John Bew (King’s College London) on ‘Realpolitik and the British’ and a roundtable on ‘The Practice of International History’ organised by Peter Jackson. There will be a further 28 panels of papers on all aspects of international history, and the conference will also host the Group’s Annual General Meeting. The conference dinner will be held in the Playfair Library, Old College.
Everyone is welcome to participate in the Group’s showcase event.
